Our Select Plan is different from conventional dental programs because it provides covered services through a network of participating dentists with no claim forms, lengthy predeterminations or waiting periods to cover pre-existing conditions.

Select Plus

Affordability and choice are what make Select Plus a truly unique dental plan. Select Plus features all of the benefits that our Select plan offers. However, copayments are even lower under this plan and members can use non-participating dentists at any time.
