A Healthplex Customer Service Representative is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 1-844-TWU-HPLX (844-898-4759). As of your effective date, you can use the Healthplex website to view and verify your account information and to request additional identification cards.
