CapDent INDIVIDUAL PLAN
This plan is available directly to individuals and their families. Diagnostic and
Preventive services are covered in full, and other dental services are covered
with minimal co-payments that you pay directly to your participating dentist.
It has no deductibles, maximums or waiting periods. There are no exclusions
for pre-existing conditions.
Our managed care product stresses preventive services to reduce the potential
for more serious problems down the road.
